The chair is very comfortable. I like that it is higher from the floor, a little easier to get up from. The neck pillow makes all the difference in the comfort. The chair is long enough for my 6’2” son.These are perfect! They arrived on time, are super comfortable, and were easy to assemble! We ordered two chairs and they only sent one hardware kit, but the seller was easy to get in touch with and sent another hardware kit right away. Highly recommend!Very steady but I can feel the support bands through the cushion. The cushion keeps sliding down because the Velcro attachment on the top of the cushion is flimsy. Hard physically to put together so im not taking it apart to send it back. Pieces are well marked easy to know where the pieces go just takes some muscle power.Not for sunbathing. I do like the cushion on the chair a lot and had the fabrication of the lounger been better planned out it would have been a great lounger. BUT unfortunately this is the most uncomfortable reclining lounge I've ever owned. Paying over $200 for this it's a poor choice. The stationary arm rests are too high so while laying back flat, my elbows touch the rests but the lower part of my arms and hands are left sticking up in the air with nothing to rest on. That becomes intolerable quickly and there's no room to lay your arms inside arm rests next to your body. Trying to put them outside the rests doesn't work either. I've tried it all, like the company should have. Then the reclining positions are out of wack. It can have you tilting to far forward so it's awkwardly uncomfortable, and not reclining back far enough unless your laying flat so you'll have a completely white area under your head/neck when tanning. If you're a sunbather you'll understand this. The illustration they show of different reclining positions is not accurate. Very uncomfortable lounge chair. Also it was missing parts and I emailed customer service twice but never heard from them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!I researched a lot before buying these Patio Chaise Lounges, not only for good sturdy products but also for a good price as most of what's out there is quite pricey. We are still working on our little stay-cation terrace so although I have them for 2 months now I just used them recently, when it got warmer outside. They seem very sturdy and above all very comfortable.The only issue I have is with the fabric color: is quite ugly. It did say tan, and they do look similar to the product picture but in person they look darker and not really inviting to sit and lounge. Again they are very comfortable so without spending much I'm planing to buy some nice fabric, or beach towels, or colorful tapestry to cover them and it should be fine. So I highly recommend them!It's a very attractive chair but the vinyl bands that are meant to support your weight are flimsy and you get a nasty sag in the mid area.I am looooovvvvving my chair! It’s exactly what I wanted. So comfortable!!! I also like that it’s quite long. I am 5’7” and it’s more than long enough for my feet. I tried some others in-store and my feet hung off the end. Only downside is my hubby said it was a bit of a pain to assemble.Ordered 4 lounges for deck-cushions very comfortable-assembly was easy to do. Needed lounges to stack to have space when not using-easy to lift (but still very sturdy). Overall the lounges look great and very comfortable.
