Well built, sturdy and comfortable, firm. Have two of them. Using in guest room, can be twin beds or together makes larger than queen size. Have foam pads to make bed softer, but could sleep without pad if prefer it firm. Plus: NO ASSEMBLY!!! Just open the box!I’m impressed with the seller! Folded it up again and it was an ottoman.Perfect piece of furniture to add to my daughters dorm room. As an ottoman it’s large enough for her to sit in and do homework or relax. Use every night as bed - very firm suggest light pad for softer bed (I use a sleeping bag under the bottom sheet for padding) quite comfortable.I was impressed how easy it is to set up and put away. Even an older kid can set this up. Will definitely consider purchasing another.?Haven't had a chance to use it but everything seems to work ok. It is very firm will use extra padding. I'm planning on using it my rv.
