I just now received this chair, and I have a few concerns.First, besides the box being all taped up and obviously opened before, I can see marks on the legs of the chair, so I know it's been used.Second, I could barely get the chair OUT of the carrying bag... and it was impossible to get it back IN!Either it is the wrong bag, or something is wrong with the chair.And third, the legs are supposed to "snap" into a "locked" position... they do...Momentarily! Then, they snap back open just as quickly!I am seriously considering sending the chair back.It's pretty useless if I can't use the carrying bag.... and if I try to carry it without the bag, the legs will flop open, causing it to be awkward to carry... or they could potentially hit someone if I'm walking by them*UPDATE* - Amazon did replace the chair. The legs on the new chair also don't stay securely locked in place when trying to put it in the carry bag - Which, I have discovered, that if you "maneuver the bag just right", you can find a way to get the chair back into the bag... with a little "effort". So, since the chair is exactly what I am looking for, I have decided that these are "small issues"... considering that I am getting a rocking chair with the added features that I desired.I really wanted to like this chair, but unfortunately it just didn't work for me. At my height (4'11"), I can barely touch the ground with the tips of my toes, so I can't really push off from the ground to rock the chair.With that said, it is sturdy and looks great. Good quality too. For someone who's taller to it would probably be great.The chair was comfortable especially with cushions. I sat on my balcony with it.Chair is great. It is way taller and bigger than your normal out door campChairs. The Bag it comes in a bit too small. Need to make that larger. I have to buy another type of bag now. But chair is comfy.I love this chair! It is so comfortable to sit in and it rocks very smoothly. I can't comment on how easily it folds up yet because I've not put it away since I bought it.Just as the pictures portrayedI would not recommend, it’s very cumbersome and doesn’t fold up small easily. It also only rocks well on pavement, it won’t rock in the grass very well, the bars for the back also dig into your back. I would not recommend this product, there are far better rockersFun rocking chair but clips don’t hold legs up so beat to store it back in its bag!Everyone loves it and wants one of their own. I had to put a pillow behind my back to be upright enough to talk to my friends. Not adjustable. It was built sturdy enough. I had to return it.This product will be returned as it does not suit my needs....It would be great for someone taller and stronger than me. It is too heavy for me to handle and is just too large a chair for me making it uncomfortable for me to sit in. It most certainly is a well constructed product and is worth the money for someone who is taller and has more strength than me.The chair has a stopper on the front of the chair that prevents it from rocking. Poor design and frustrating to try to use.
