Chairs are great. Very sturdy and comfortable. Only one suggestion: the hardware needs to be packaged better. I ordered four chairs and when I opened three of them, the nuts and bolts were spilled out in the box. Thought I was missing some of the nuts but found them stuck in a corner and a few washers were hanging on for dear life to the tape. Seems like a simple fix. One of the chairs had the wrong size Allen wrench. I just used the right one from another chair. Instructions were okay but a bit unclear. Not much to putting them together but I did have to undo one step on the first one because the visuals were not clear. I looked at the pictures on the display to figure it out. All said, I still like the chairs and am happy with the purchase. I offer these comments as helpful suggestions.Easily assembled, solid product.Purchased two of these chairs in December. Assembled them in January. Two months later, a friend was sitting in one of the chairs when suddenly the chair collapsed, leaving him flat on his back. The chair had broken in several places. I sent a message to the seller and never received a response. Disappointing. Update… Just sat in the second chair. It broke too, leaving me flat on my back. Do not purchase.…than the other Adirondack chairs we’ve had. You’ll notice immediately the ease of sitting/entering the chair once you put your hands on the sides as you steady your seating. It holds the most heavily weighted people & is foldable (if you want) to put away after the summer is over. What’s not to smile about?
