I opted for a replacement as I really like the idea of the item, and find it useful. Replacement arrived within a couple days of responding to the company's email, and I will give the new one a shot hoping that I just got a bad one the first time.Faulty items happen. Sellers that step up and make it right... not that often, I'm afraid. I appreciate this company's excellent customer service, and stepping fast to right the problem.I bought this to carry items to events, as well as have a seat when needed. When it arrived, I noticed that one of the straps was sewn into the backpack where it shouldn't be, and that strap was supposed to attach it to the frame. Which side is made correctly?Then, I've used this TWICE, and not heavy use, mind you. The main compartment is falling apart already!I definitely wouldn't buy this again.This is awesome. Couldn’t wait to walk to my pond and fish with some beer and store some extras all in the backpack chair. It was exactly what I wanted. Great purchase for me.Could have a tad bigger seat but it rly can’t to be low profile.Bought two backpacks to bring to Wizard World Comic Con and it worked perfectly for what I planed on using them for. I bought two of them so our kids could both sit down, relax and have a snack while waiting in line for autographs and to meet celebrities. Sometime finding seating at a con is hard but now we can just pop them up anywhere in the food court. They held there drinks, snacks and all the stuff we bought at the con. Had so many people asked us where we got them because they wanted to go buying them for there next big con since it was such a good idea. 100% satisfied they held up great and were the perfect size for what we needed them for. I’ll be using these for future cons and beyondA big thank you to OUTRAV this is a very good and beautiful product, am really pleased, cos of the quality & promptness, as a matter of fact I ordered one before I checked it up on Amazon uptill now am still waiting for it, but here I am with my choice color, I would be able to travel with it in 2days.Thank you once again.it's a nice cooler, not leak proof. me and my 19 yr old had hard time putting on "backpack" as the straps are pretty small. fits my 11 yr old prefect.. but comfortable to sit on next to the river!!I received this backpack cooler and first thing I noticed was how lightweight the box was. Great sign since what you are going to do is fill that puppy and carry it on your back! It’s excellent quality construction. Plenty of room for some food and drinks. My husband weighs 185 pounds. He sat on the fold out seat and said it was comfortable and he was glad it had a seat because he hates sitting on the ground! Both my husband and son are fighting over who keeps this..LOL. Guess it was a great buy! I definitely recommend.I found this product to be satisfactory. Not too big.. perfect for the entire family. Purchased for work during lunch break, when outside and nowhere to sit at lunch. I would recommend to friends and family. Just purchased.. so as far as sturdiness time will tell.
