The locking mechanism on one side slides and unlocks on its own after some time. So, it feels unsafe to recline in.It comes fully assembled. I got this for the seat height and it's great to sit and stand with very little effort. The materials are good. The seat is smooth, no feeling of any bars under your thighs. Once you figure out the lock, raising feet is good. I haven't been able to go all the way back, to have my feet higher then my head. I've seen others with that complaint. For me, that's OK. If I need that it just takes a pillow under my feet.It's well balanced for such a large chair which is nice. It's mostly plastic but has metal where it counts.Hard to get out of. If you have back or mobility issues not enough support. Uncomfortable.Company repeats pictures from several different chair models in all their listing. The chair is fantastic, except my feet hang off and I am only 6" 2". Returned for another model and it too was only 72" although is said in two places it had the extra 3 inches as compared to other 72" chairs. Very confusing. Just ordered a third model and hopefully it is 75"It definitely seems like it can hold some weight and last. However it doesn't lean back far enough to get your feet above your heart.The chair appears to be well made however this chair does not recline to the zero gravity position.In full recline your head is well above your knees.The cup holder tray is a joke. It is so flimsy it sags under its own weight.Update 10/21 After 3 months the elastic that holds the headrest gave out so now theheadrest slides down the back of the chair.I am only giving a four because this one came damaged. Was disappointed, but didn’t want to take the effort to send back. I am hoping it doesn’t get any worse. If anyone has any ideas on what I can put on the spot please let me know.The cup holder doesn't secure well at all, when you put a drink in it the holder tips to the side that the drink is on. Maybe we just haven't figured out how to put it on correctly so if anyone knows please let me know.
