Although this chair did not work for my wife, I am giving them 4 stars for how they operate.the company is a stand-up company and you can trust doing business with them.Was meant for someone with longer legs than my wife had and she could not rock in it.Company took care of us.Would buy other products from them again.Bought for my mom and she loves it!We love them on our deck.Comfortable with several options.This chair is AMAZING! Super comfortable and relaxing. Worth every penny! The locks were a bit confusing but then I figured it out. You just have to pull hard towards the ground to recline or sit straight. Overall it's a great chair!Chair Rocker is Very narrow. Would like option for larger chair for my husband. Love the rocker option however would like a shade option too.I adore this chair, but as a rocking chair, it is difficult to manage. I bought this to rock my baby to sleep while outdoors, and it almost manages the job. However, the foot is very much in the way whenever you attempt to rock. If you are fully sitting up, the bar of the foot hits the floor when you try to rock forward. So I have to put the foot partway up, and find an elevated stool or table leg to push against. It is rather awkward and somewhat difficult to manage. I HAVE managed to get my baby to sleep like this though, and then I can put the foot all the way up and rest with him.Rocker was great. Cupholder cheap and doesn't sit well. Ended up not using them.
